The manual food slicer amano5 offers proven technology with modern tools. The amano5 has a high degree of material justice, consists largely of robust metal and, thanks to its timeless design, fits into almost any home. It is operated with a smooth-running hand crank with a particularly high-quality handle made of beech wood and therefore does not require any electricity. So it can be used anywhere and anytime. The amano5 has a food guide handle for better output of large, hard items to be sliced during the cutting process. The advantage of this is that the material that has just been cut does not interfere with or block the further «cranking process». The material to be cut is guided past the crank and then lands on the bamboo board provided. This fits perfectly in the rails provided directly under the food slicer, can be pulled out and used as a rustic serving dish or cutting board. Four suction feet ensure a particularly secure, non-slip stand. You only have to press the device a little onto the surface of the desired workplace and the silicone feet will attach themselves. The cutting thickness can be continuously adjusted up to approx. 20 mm and the slicing carriage made of stainless steel can be easily and easily removed.
